What you become a part of
At CCEP, one of our strategic priorities is to “Attract, develop and retain a highly talented and diverse workforce”. The University Talent Programme brings this priority alive, and is sponsored by our CEO and our Senior Global VP HR .
The University Talent Programme was launched to help develop the future talent pipeline of our business. We believe in your potential and will develop and challenge you throughout the Programme, ensuring a great experience! You’ll be assigned a mentor – an experienced leader within the business – who will work closely with you during the programme, sharing knowledge, offering advice and helping you make the most of every opportunity.
A central Learning and Development plan will be developed for you, with the objective of helping you develop the skills and behaviours that CCEP expects from its future leaders. There will be set training courses every year.
In addition to the Programme-specific training courses, you will have an individual development plan (IDP) and may follow role-specific training courses that are identified in line with your development objectives.
What to expect
During the Programme, you will gain experience in several roles in your business area. The number of rotations, their duration and location can vary according to your Programme and the available opportunities, but in general you will be expected to cover 3-5 roles of 12 months and we may ask you to be geographically mobile.
Year 1: Field Sales
You will start in a Field Sales Representative role to get a better understanding of our customers, sales strategy, products and competition. In this first role, you are supervised by a Sales Manager and integrated in one of the Sales teams. Next to your daily role, you will work on a project defined by your line manager and/or HRBP. This will allow you to acquire a global understanding of our business beyond your operational role. This first year in Field Sales will give you the foundations for future success.
Years 2 and 3:
Sales & Operational Marketing
In the second and third year of the Programme, you will take on roles in the Sales & Operational Marketing teams. You could find yourself working within shopper marketing, brand activation, key accounts, digital and/or category management.
One of your rotations may take place at The Coca-Cola Company, depending on availability of relevant roles.
What we expect of you

Full UK drivers licence
We are looking for recent graduates with the passion and drive to fulfil their undoubted potential at one of the world’s most iconic names. Applicants must be prepared to utilise their skills in order to develop both themselves and the business. In order to be considered for the role, you must be happy to be geographically mobile and fluent in English. A second language would be a benefit (French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Norwegian or Swedish).
