Key responsibilities:

  • Handling all deal progression on offers through the Goodlord platform and being pro-active by solving problems where necessary to ensure the efficiency on each deal from start to finish
  • Ensuring that prospective tenants are advised of the lettings procedure, referencing and provided with tenancy information document
  • Completing referencing, preparation of lease agreements and all correspondence; requesting documentations relating to applications, market appraisals and new instructions
  • Auditing the key system, making sure that keys are signed in/out correctly
  • Assisting with client and supplier enquiries in the office
  • Providing excellent customer service and building good relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Managing change of tenancies throughout the tenancy process

Skills required:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels via telephone, letter, email and in person
  • Exceptional organisational and office skills
  • Commitment to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Ideally experience within retail or hospitality as internal training provided
