Key responsibilities:
- Handling all deal progression on offers through the Goodlord platform and being pro-active by solving problems where necessary to ensure the efficiency on each deal from start to finish
- Ensuring that prospective tenants are advised of the lettings procedure, referencing and provided with tenancy information document
- Completing referencing, preparation of lease agreements and all correspondence; requesting documentations relating to applications, market appraisals and new instructions
- Auditing the key system, making sure that keys are signed in/out correctly
- Assisting with client and supplier enquiries in the office
- Providing excellent customer service and building good relationships with clients and suppliers
- Managing change of tenancies throughout the tenancy process
Skills required:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels via telephone, letter, email and in person
- Exceptional organisational and office skills
- Commitment to provide the highest level of customer service
- Ideally experience within retail or hospitality as internal training
provided
