As Client Support Executive, you will be working for a leading digital media company and the UK's number ones classified advertising website based in South West London! Looking for a Client Support Executive to join the team who can support the Accounts team helping in an administration and supportive role chasing a range of clients for payments. Immediate starter who has an excellent telephone manner!



Client Support Executive


As Client Support Executive, you will be responsible for:


- Recovering outstanding debt to increase the internal collection rate for key clients


- Resolving client billing discrepancies and queries


- Updating CRM (Salesforce) with all details


- Ensuring account administration and data accuracy in line with internal guidelines


- Calling customers with overdue invoice payments


Client Support Executive


- Experience working in a Customer or Clients Service role is preferred but not essential


- Excellent time management skills and able to prioritise


- Good telephone manner
