As Client Support Executive, you will be working for a leading eCommerce company and the number ones UK classified website based in South West London! Looking for a Client Support Executive to join the team who can support the Accounts team helping in an administration and supportive role chasing a range of clients for payments. Immediate starter who has an excellent telephone manner!

Responsibilities
As Client Support Executive, you will be responsible for:
• Recovering outstanding debt to increase the internal collection rate for key clients
• Resolving client billing discrepancies and queries
• Updating CRM (Salesforce) with all details
• Ensuring account administration and data accuracy in line with internal guidelines
• Calling customers with overdue invoice payments


Client Support Executive
Your Profile
• Experience working in a Customer or Clients Service role is preferred but not essential
• Excellent time management skills and able to prioritise
• Good telephone manner
