The Role:


Successfully demonstrating the software solution to your clients, will ensure they are comfortable in using the platform and increase their influence in their respected market


Delivering excellent service will mean meeting your clients at request, to resolve any issues in using your software.


Managing existing clients, you will be the go-to-person for any challenges they may face using your 'software as a service' (SAAS) solution


Maintaining an exceptional rapport with your clients, will result in customer satisfaction and long-term commitment


Understanding your clients specific requirements, you will relay it with the tech team to making appropriate changes & implementations to meet your clients expectation


Communicating regularly with the tech team and your directors, you will ensure clients are receiving an exceptional service


The Candidate:


Articulate approach is essential to dealing with high net-worth clients, in-order to gain trust and buy-in to you and your services


Your commercial acumen will help you successfully communicate with high profile clients and assist them utilise your software effectively


As a Client Success Executive, you are essentially the face of the company, meeting clients on a regular basis. Consequently, being presentable and personable is vital to represent the company's professionalism


As a trustworthy individual, you will be expected to be fully transparent with your peers and directors to ensure the quality of your work and clients demands are met


Experience in marketing, specifically in content writing is desirable, however not essential
