The purpose of our Client Services team is to provide first line support to our clients and stakeholders, ensuring that our services help them to meet their own business needs. Practically, this takes the form of handling client queries via email and over the phone, and ensuring any service disruptions are identified and managed quickly and effectively, taking appropriate actions to avoid reoccurrences. Doing this job well requires the team to take pro-active steps to avoid issues and incidents; preparing for contingency scenarios; and forward thinking around what information and support our clients might need, before they need to ask us. In short, to achieve our ambition, we need to be one step ahead.

Our hours are typically 09:00 – 17:00, with the occasional requirement to work longer (as the situation demands) with some shift work required between the hours of 05:00 – 12:00 and 15:00 to 22:00.
