A globally leading company focusing on the telecommunications market is looking for a Client Services Executive to join their operations team. Listed on the London Stock Exchange, they are a division within one of the leading global business to business information and events group.

For over 15 years the company have produced quality events across the globe, each event combines high quality, extensively researched content and high-level networking opportunities. They are the global leading information source for people within the telecommunications industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain some experience within the events industry, it will also involve international travel.

Client Services Executive - Events

Key Responsibilities

Processing delegate bookings, and following up with confirmations

Managing the whole registration process, pre-event and on-site

Preparing all event material - including registration admin and reconciling all registration admin post-event

Resolving clients queries via both email and telephone

Ensuring travel support is provided where needed

Manage the registration desk at the events for both domestic and international conferences

Working alongside other teams within the business, including the finance and marketing teams

University degree required

Experience working in an events related role previously

Customer service skills beneficial

Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken

Great business acumen

Extremely detail oriented

Ability to multi-task and work under-pressure

Be proactive and show initiative

Advanced Word and Excel
