£22000 (raising to £24000 after probation) plus bonus


The Company


Leading advertising and marketplace business based in South West London are looking for a Client Services Executive for their team. They are one of the most visited websites in the UK, and have seen continued success based on their forward thinking digital strategy. They enable their clients to reach a wide-reaching client base through classified and digital advertising.


The Role


As a Client Services Executive you will be central to representing the company brand externally and often will be the first point of contact for all incoming queries from new and existing clients. You will also be integral to the Account Management team. Your responsibilities include:


*Onboarding of clients within your vertical


*Handling all incoming enquires from Clients


*Providing advice on the full range of products, including liaising internally to maximise knowledge


*Responding to payment claims and queries


*Account Management for portfolio of SME accounts


*Training clients on use of systems


*Management of data quality


*Retentions of accounts



The Person


The key to success in this role is a positive and proactive attitude towards all aspects of client services. You will also need to be:


*Educated to degree level in any discipline


*Experienced in working in a commercial office environment


*Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing


*Passionate about Client/ Customer Service
