Cutting edge Fintech company looking for two roles – one permanent and one 12 month contract both as Client and Money Asset Administrators - Asset Transfers, the contract role with the view of possibly going permanent. Salary £28,000.

We have an excellent opportunity for two Graduates to join a rapidly growing, forward thinking, progressive, supportive and invested Fintech organisation.

We are working with the leading independent investment wrap platform in the UK. Established in 2000, they have over £39.7 billion of funds under direction (as at June 2020) on behalf of over 6,400 advisers and 205,000 investor clients.

They are now a company of nearly 500 employees based in the City of London near Bank.

They are looking for self-motived, energetic, enthusiastic and astute Graduates to join their Corporate and Client Accounting team.

The Client Accounting Department’s overarching responsibility is to safeguard client money and assets held by the fintech for clients by ensuring the money and assets are recorded and reconciled accurately thus enabling the firm at any time to distinguish client money and assets held for one client from client money and assets held for any other client. The Asset Transfers team are responsible for the completion of transfers and ensuring this is recorded accurately on the client’s portfolio. Activities also include chasing outstanding transfers to ensure a smooth transfer process in and out of the platform.

Duties include:

- Updating asset transfers accurately on client portfolios, and on the same day as receipt of asset transfer confirmation;

- Contacting third party providers and fund managers, where necessary, in a professional manner to ensure there are no delays to transfers and the end to end process operates in an efficient manner;

- Adhering to the industry wide framework for improving transfers and registrations by ensuring a two day turnaround time is achieved;

- Timely investigation/ resolution/ escalation of queries and issues that may arise;

- Effective and collegiate relationship with Client Operations with the aim of collectively improving processes;

- Producing accurate and relevant Management Information that tracks volumes, issues and errors.

A degree within either Business Studies, Economics and or Finance would be helpful.

However, you are required to have a Degree together with a genuine interest in the UK Financial Services Industry.

Salary £28,000.
