Capita have a number of exciting opportunities for talented graduates that are looking to kick start their career as an IT Business Analyst, Software Test Analyst or Software Developer.  Capita’s Novus graduate programme bridges the gap between academia and the professional world. With an initial training period which is accredited by the British Computer Society coupled with 2 years of employment working with some of the most reputable organisations across the UK.

The Opportunity:

The programme begins with an intensive training period between 6-16 weeks (role dependant), the training is designed to give you the skills, certifications and experience to work on our client sites across the UK. The programme will develop you into a professional within your respective field and kick start your career within the IT industry.

Once the training has been completed you will work on site at one of the UK’s leading organisations on some of the most exciting projects that shape the world we live in today.


You will be an enthusiastic individual with great communication skills and the ability to stand on your own 2 feet.

You need to be outgoing and willing to integrate yourself as a committed member of the team. You must also be able to commit to the training period of 6-16 weeks (role and experience dependant) based in London or Manchester.

Followed by 2 years of employment with FTSE 100 Capita working on our client sites across the UK, therefore you will need to be geo graphically flexible. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain professional training and industry recognised qualifications that will kick start your career.

You will also need to meet the following pre requisites:

  • Minimum 2:2 degree (Software Test Analyst)
  • Minimum 2:1 degree (Business Analyst, Software Developer)
  • Able to attend 6-16 weeks training in London or Manchester
  • Passion for IT and driven to succeed

For Irish and Northern Irish nationals, expenses may be covered for travel to London or Manchester.
