Working alongside the Managing Director, Sales Directors and Sales Manager, the successful candidate's training will be spent in the company of the best. Firstly you'll obtain expert knowledge on Capita and their services; growing more and more confident with what the business has to offer. Nurturing relationships with a spread of accounts, the Graduate Account Manager will also attend meetings, and take ownership over accounts learning to manage projects autonomously.

The Role:

Acquire a sound knowledge of Capita products and services in order to best meet customer needs;

Learn from working alongside the Managing and Sales Directors;

Upsell and expand on opportunities in existing accounts, using your interpersonal skills to influence key decision makers

Attend meetings, managing projects across the sales cycle from start to finish.

You'll be a university graduate who is:

Highly organised, with great time management skills

Skilled at communicating (both written and verbal)

Resilient, confident and able to jump into a client-facing role
