Our client is an award winning advertising technology company that is using data to both find new customers for brands like Nike, Diesel, Virgin Media, British Airways and Marriott Hotels and to show those new customers a personalised ad message. This is a 3 month paid internship. Salary: £20k - £24k pro rata depending on experience.

Key responsibilities of the role:

As a Campaign Executive, you will have a unique opportunity to work on the front line of the online advertising industry, in an innovative and fast paced audience targeting company that is bridging the gap between programmatic targeting and programmatic creative.

You will collaborate daily with Client Management and Operations, by helping them deliver against client objectives. This will be through our audience targeting technology, thereby helping create tailor made strategies for our clients. You will support the team by ensuring that campaigns are set up, reporting is in place and overall customer relationship management & satisfaction is best in class.

Day-to-day activities will include:

Support the daily workflow of the Client Management team

Work with the Trading team in supporting Client objective

Ensure day to day relationships with a patch of clients

Review client deliverables at pre-launch of campaigns

Set up, deliver and efficiently optimize campaign performance and budgets

Create campaign reporting (templated or customized)

Provide data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes, along with the Client Managers to increase the performance of campaigns

Troubleshoot campaigns with delivery or performance issues for end-clients and intermediary-agencies.

Provide excellent communication via phone and emails

The ideal intern's personality and qualifications:

Excellent communication skills

Dynamic, independent, fast learner & passionate

Polished verbal and written communication skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients.

Analytical, data analysis and problem solving skills.

Highly organized, with ability to be agile in our fast paced environment.

Ability to prioritize and focus, with great attention to detail.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.

Adept at working with clients and delivering comprehensive reports

Graduate level with demonstrable experience in supporting a client facing organisation

Experience in campaign management is preferred but not a must
