But the one thing we’re missing is a smart Campaign Administrator – an organised professional who’ll manage candidates effortlessly through all kinds of recruitment campaigns. Whoever the client and whatever the campaign, you’ll help to manage candidates throughout the selection process. It means dealing with candidates personally over the phone and via email, so you’ll need to be professional and polite, with good communication skills. There’ll also be a range of administrative tasks connected to each campaign, which could include screening application forms, updating records, assembling assessment centre packs and managing client mailboxes. Whatever the task, you’ll get it done quickly and accurately, applying attention to detail. A team player with a can-do approach, you’ll take pride in a job well done.


Used to working with customers, you’ve got a gift for building relationships. Your client focus and natural people skills will definitely be a big help. You’ll combine these talents with GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English, and good IT skills. And you’ll also follow procedures and multi-task when you need to.
