The Role:

You will form an integral part of the search and selection team and also provide generalist support to the business.  This is your opportunity to learn what we do inside out before choosing the progression route that is right for you – this might include a role in our Talent Acquisition & Delivery Team, or becoming a consultant, or progressing into other areas of our business such as marketing, finance and HR.

Responsibilities will include:

·        Drafting, proof reading and formatting of documents including proposals, job descriptions, candidate shortlists, CV’s and Client Intelligence Reports;

·        Interview scheduling between clients and candidates;

·        Creating and posting job videos and adverts;

·        Drafting candidate summaries

·        Recording and updating the CRM database

·        Researching candidates and companies;

 

We’d love to hear from you if:

·        You are highly motivated and pro-active

·        You are degree educated and have achieved, or expect to achieve, a 2:1 qualification

·        You possess excellent communication (written and verbal)

·        You have great time management and work well under pressure

·        You have the ability to prioritise responsibilities and meet deadlines 

·        You also have excellent attention to detail

·        A passion for the legal sector is also desirable.

Location: currently homebased, to join the London Office in due course, with flexibility to work from home.


Salary: £23k-£25k
