Throughout our Business Management programmes, you’ll tackle the same range of exciting projects as our engineering and science graduates – but focus your talents on our crucial operational challenges.

Where you can join us ;

To do what we do takes every kind of talent imaginable. We need bright minds to manage our finances, look after our technology, secure new businesses and so much more. Which is why Babcock has opportunities for graduates from nearly every degree subject.

We offer the following programmes within Business Management ;

What you'll be doing ;

The range of experiences and skills you’ll gain depends on which programme you’re interested in. You could be spotting strategic opportunities for clients to save money in Business Operations Management, creating strategies that find and retain the best people in HR or perhaps working on everything from our service delivery to technology security in IT/IM – and the rest of our programmes are just as exciting.

What you'll get out of it ;

Every programme we offer is a chance to gain the broadest exposure to real projects and invaluable insights from your colleagues. Every step of the way, you’ll be mentored and encouraged. Depending on the programme, this support could be towards gaining professional registration, such as a CIMA Chartered Management Accountant qualification during our Accountancy and Finance programme, or accreditation by the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) on our Procurement Management & Supply Chain programme.

On top of these diverse, real-world experiences that careers are built on, you’ll receive a competitive starting salary of between £28k and £30k and a range of other benefits.

What you'll need ;

Our programme requirements vary, but we’re looking for a range of applicants with a degree in a relevant subject. You’ll also need to satisfy the MOD’s security requirements (and may need to complete a medical assessment). Babcock can be found at sites all across the UK. Where you’ll be based depends on which part of the business you’re in, so we ask you to be flexible and willing to move during the programme.
