The Company:

We are an early stage RecTec SaaS start-up that builds unique assessments for clients to enable them to measure what's most important. Our mission is to help clients solve the problem of fit, whether that's fit to a role, to a company or to a team manager. We believe that people data can make a real difference to how companies hire and how teams perform, but too often those analytics are difficult to understand or don't relate directly to what people actually do. We're different.

The Role:

Your role would be essential in helping build revenue by generating new business opportunities in various ways, such as calls and emails. As well as this, you'll assist with Outbound Marketing campaign and identify target prospects within key markets.

The ability to work closely with the Head of Sales, CTO and CEO, makes this the perfect role for an ambitious individual who wants to experience quick career progression.


  • Degree educated
  • A year's commercial experience would be preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Desire to pursue a sales-focused career
  • Strong desire to succeed and quickly progress a career


  • £25,000 - £40,000 OTE
