Business Development Representative Role:

  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its offering in order to prospect potential customers that will benefit from working with our client
  • Identify, develop and nurture business relationships - speaking regularly with clients in order to generate revenue and long lasting relationships
  • Perform timely outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication - including email, and via social channels
  • Attend trade-shows, events and conferences in order to network face to face with prospects
  • Capture and manage information and metrics in the company's CRM system

Business Development Representative Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • 1 year of prior lead generation or inside sales experience (preferred not essential)
  • Discernible interest in the Tech and HR sector
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious and driven
  • Organized, with strong presentation skills over the phone, webinar and in person
