The Company


Venatrix is working with a global cyber security company that makes software development more secure. The company owns a gamified platform that trains developers to write code that is safe from hacking. Headquartered in Sydney, the company is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their London office- this individual will win new clients, play a crucial role in shaping the business, and build a glittering career at the company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a unicorn startup that is growing at a lightning-fast rate, in one of the most lucrative and booming areas of the Technology industry.


The Role


As Business Development Representative, your main objective will be to win new clients for the business. You will:


Gain a deep understanding of the technology and its commercial benefits.


Research your target market to identify prospective clients.


Pitch the product to Chief Information Security Officers and heads of IT using the phone, LinkedIn and email.


Book meetings for the senior Sales team to attend.


Shadow the senior Sales team on meetings.


Represent the company at industry events.
