Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries to target for lead generation.
- Utilise various channels, including social media, email, and phone to reach out to potential clients and introduce our recruitment services.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to ensure a continuous pipeline of job orders.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and requirements for job orders.
- Participate in training and development programs to develop recruitment and sales skills.
Requirement:
- Recent graduate
- Confident, ambitious, and a good communicator.
