Furza is a Manchester based graduate development and sales training company seeking graduate Business Development Representatives for various exciting roles!


The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs and they will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.



Overview

  • £25,000 base salary + OTE
  • 25 days’ holiday

Responsibilities

  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
  • Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
  • Demonstrate strong selling and influencing skills



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • No previous experience is required
