Business Development Representative

£30,000 basic +£10,000 commission

This company is an end-to-end contract management platform, designed for the modern business. They help legal teams at fast-growing businesses like Deliveroo to make contracts faster, smarter and more human.

Their AI-enabled product offers contract creation, negotiation, e-signing and analytics, saving businesses up to 75% of time spent on contracts. And with a stack of integrations, including Greenhouse, GDrive and Salesforce, the solution is loved by sales and HR users as much as it is by legal teams.

The Role:


Joining as a Business Development Representative, you would be responsible for helping the company land new clients! Guided by a successful Sales Director and onboarded via a detailed induction plan, you will have all the training & development you need to become a future sales star! Working alongside more senior members of the sales team (many of which were placed by Venatrix) to help land product demos of the platform.

Progression:


-12 months progression into an Account Executive role. The company is totally committed to promoting SDRs – you can earn £70,000 in this role!

- Someone VERY CURIOUS who wants to ask lots of questions

- Someone who has the credibility to resonate with a lawyer

- Someone who will come in and hit the ground running straight away

- Self-driven person, someone who doesn’t need to be pushed by someone else or hand-held.
