Role


As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and heading up our Outbound Lead Channel - competing directly against the Direct and Broker/Agents lead Channels.


The main focus will be to generate as many tours/viewings of our buildings as possible & improve the conversion rates of leads to sales in the outbound channel.


You should have a strong background in business development and a true understanding of how to generate new leads. You will need to be autonomous and able to use your intuition in regard to how they succeed in the role. You should also be familiar with how to manage marketing campaigns and events.


Primarily based at our HQ in Liverpool Street, this role will be flexible whereby you can work from any one of our locations across London.


Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, experience within this industry is by no means necessary - but hunger and desire to succeed whilst seeing the decisions you make have a positive effect on the company is essential.
