As a Business Development Manager, you will drive the business forward, making partnerships, transforming leads into clients and travelling to client sites. The Role:

Book and attend business meetings with high-end prospects in the hospitality sector throughout the UK

Create an outbound prospecting strategy to help fill and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads

Meet and exceed monthly targets to ensure you are achieving your role objective

Maintain active engagement with new and existing clients through creative and compelling follow-ups

The Candidate

Your prior experience within recruitment or a senior position in hospitality (i.e. supervisor) will enable an in-depth understanding of the client portfolio

Impeccable communication skills both verbal and written will mean all correspondence with clients will be seen as professional and credible

The motivation for a career in the sales team will make you achieve all your KPI's and revenue targets

Your understanding of interim staffing issues in the hospitality sector will enable you to empathise with the clients and provide an effective solution
