Job Title: Business Development Manager

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 Basic + £25,000 Commission OTE

This Company partners with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google and Snapchat to enable brands like Jaguar Land Rover, Capgemini, Amazon and Boots to Socially Recruit candidates for jobs. The company first started 5 years ago and has doubled in revenue year on year. 

This is an opportunity for someone who wants the chance to make money, do end-to-end sales, demo software and achieve fast career progression. You will be joining a growing sales team of young, hungry and passionate individuals who want to contribute to the business growth. 

The company offers incredible incentives- they are flying out the top 10 performers to Vegas in a couple of months and host monthly company wide socials. 

The team is highly collaborative and hard working with salaries ranging between £35-£40k based on experience plus £25-37k annually in commission- top performers have earned 6 figures in their first year! 

Training:

First month consists of very structured training and onboarding- phase 1 focuses on learning how to book demos and phase 2 involves delivery of the demo. You will attend the Venatrix sales academy.
