The Opportunity:

To fuel our growth, we're looking to hire a Business Development Executive. We're looking for bright, confident candidates to contribute to our ever increasing client base and to help consolidate our reputation of providing the most extensive expertise in the global market. You will be responsible for resourcing and generating new business on the frontline of our commercial efforts. Anything from Shell to BP to Barrick Gold, you'll be pitching to senior members of some of the worlds largest organisations.

You'll have full autonomy within the role and it'll be down to you which companies you target and how you go about sourcing them. Success will come through emailing, social media and cold-calling whilst you'll also be working closely with the marketing team to obtain leads and develop strategy. Whatsmore, as you progress in the role, you'll have a chance to attend our global conventions to liaise with market leaders and generate new business.

Due to the nature of our growth, we offer real career opportunities - Expect promotion to Business Development Manager after 6 months and Key Account manager after 24 months.

We are looking for resourceful, bright and confident candidates with the following:

Professional and clear telephone manner

6-12 months sales experience

Excellent communication skills

Highly competitive, self-motivated, organised and able to manage own time

Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a changing market, our customers and the business

Openness to learn

Main Responsibilities will include:

Pitching to C-level executives and booking meetings for Key Account Managers

Working closely with the marketing department to generate leads

Upholding our reputation as the best information source in the sector
