Role


As Business Development Executive, you will be opening up discussions and building relationships with prospects across the retail industry. The need for this role has arisen due to the growing demand from high-profile, multi-market retailers.


You will be working as part of our Mid-Market Revenue team to source new opportunities through outbound calls, emails, inbound follow-ups, networking, conferences, breakfasts & face-to-face meetings.


You will qualify opportunities to ensure they are the right fit for us as a business. If so, you will continue to work alongside a Business Development Management in strategic closing.



Requirements


  • Up to a year's experience of outbound B2B Sales experience - preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent people skills, including the ability to build trust with strangers over the phone, over email, and face-to-face
  • Interest in the industry - proactive in education and keeping up to date
  • Positive energy and motivation - desire to work hard to do what it takes to make a sale
  • Improvement-focused
