Once you've obtained a thorough knowledge of the company and their service offering, you'll begin to help drive business growth. The Business Development Executive will perform an integral function as part of the Inside Sales Team - creatively developing client relationships through a variety of mediums. As you build rapport with existing customers you'll ascertain whether they need additional services; you'll constantly remain mindful of new ways in which to maximise opportunities.

The Role:


Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of MHR's service offering in order to best educate customers


Employ a consultative approach to build relationships with new customers over the phone, via email and LinkedIn


Develop rapport with existing clients in order to up and cross sell further services


Process and update new and existing client orders so as to support the senior sales team


Work in conjunction with senior sales in order to fully capitalise on customer interest


You:


Must have obtained the minimum of a C grade in English and Maths to GCSE level


Possess exceptional communication skills


A strong work ethic


Ambitious
