For 30 years giant have provided specialist, end to end workforce management software and support services to recruitment agencies and corporate companies, internationally.

As the welcome team advisor, you will be the front line of Client communication, providing best advice and promoting the benefits of giant's range of products in line with agreed parameters; probing to understand the potential client's requirements, skillfully handling objections, and finally worker onboarding.

Your ultimate objective is to onboard as new clients from a mixture of inbound enquiries and agency referrals to maximise revenue contribution by providing unrivalled levels of customer service

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;

1. Promoting the benefits of giant's product range to prospective leads
2. Meeting minimum KPIs in terms of conversion rates, activity and completed registrations
3. Ensuring information is provided in a compliant manner by following Company policy and adhering to industry and statutory legislations.
4. Liaising with colleagues, management, internal department, external employment agencies and/or hirers on the client's behalf to resolve queries.
5. Objection Handling - respond promptly to customer enquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints at enquiry stage
6. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
7. Go the "extra mile" by providing a great service on the products we offer
8. Handling enquiries via incoming calls, updating client accounts and dealing with correspondence

training
We provide in-house certified training as well as role relevant accredited training to enable you to do the role efficiently.

We also provide you with a fantastic training - earning as you learn, you'll be enrolled onto an incredibly valuable apprenticeship which will dovetail with the lessons you learn on the job. A carefully structure, 12-15 month nationally accredited course, it will equip you with the tools necessary when embarking on a lucrative career with us.

The career pathway for successful candidates is one that is fastracked - we're looking for future business leaders, if you're the right candidate then the plan is for you to assume a Key Account Director Role within 3 years!

To help you progress in your career you will be set clear objectives and you will be expected to constantly give and receive feedback. Every three or six months (monthly in your first three months) you will have a straightforward review meeting discussing your achievements, the progress of your objectives, examples of how you have demonstrated the giant people values, together with any other relevant discussion points including of course any feedback (good and not so good!) on your line manager.
