Job Description - Business Development Executive
Wiser Graduates are hiring for the role of Business Development Executive, for one of the fastest growing Tech start-ups in the UK.

The role of Business Development Executive is a business to business sales role, that will require you to complete the following tasks, to the highest possible standard:
• Strategically map the market, and looking for potential areas of growth within the business.
• Create a sales plan, to logically and intelligently target the most profitable areas of the market, and deliver on opportunity.
• Approach sales opportunities through a number of avenues available to you. These will include: Linkedin networking, cold calling, pitching to new business, attending networking events etc.
• Close deals and negotiate the best possible terms for your company.
• Represent the company to the highest possible professional standard.
• Explore and grow new areas of business, and create your own opportunity to expand your business within the company.
• Work autonomously, with the freedom to plan your own working week, and deliver results in the way that you work best.
This role will be like running your own business. There will be extensive training available to you, and our client offers constant learning and development for all members of staff, but this role gives you the freedom to work without being micro-managed. There are no KPI's and constant reviews over arbitrary performance indicators. You are judged solely on your results, and the numbers will speak for themselves.
