  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through prospecting new business via the phone, email and social media
  • Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward
  • Build your own personal book of clients by engaging and establishing a professional rapport with key decision makers through a mixture of inbound leads, existing members from Kubus database, as well as being free to research and contact outbound prospects
  • Schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects
  • Work closely with the Sales Managers and Directors and learn from their expertise
  • Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently


  • GCSE's in Maths and English
  • Confident engaging with individuals of all levels of seniority
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in target-driven environments
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
