Business Development Executive Role:

  • Proactively identify new prospects for the Business Development Managers, using various methods including outbound calling, event and campaign follow ups, social media and a use of various demand generation marketing tools
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to ensure the quantity and quality of data reflects the addressable market and ideal customer profile
  • Achieve a range of key performance indicators month to month from call stats, decision maker conversations and successful meetings/opportunities generated
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM system, tracking all activity following the defined processes and look for opportunities to improve or enhance the information in the systems
  • Learn the sales methodologies used by Gamma to accurately qualify opportunities and build pipeline for the BDM team that you are assigned to
  • Maintain strong business relationships both internally and externally as required to effectively meet the requirements of the role
  • Shadow the Business Development Management team, learning the 'why' Gamma story and become proficient at presenting this

Business Development Executive Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Customer orientated, with strong relationship building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
  • Positive and proactive, with a can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
