Business Development Executive



This group offer various financial technology solutions, this role is working within their payroll arm of the business offering fintech solutions to recruitment businesses in the UK and internationally. The payroll services can cover everything that contractors or employers require, Umbrella, CIS and PAYE. As a Business Development Executive, you will be hunting for new business opportunities but will also be given the opportunity to manage and grow your own accounts once you have closed them.

The Role

  • 100% Remote start, but we work offices in Bank, London with travel to clients/Head Office
  • Generating leads for new business opportunities or using your book of contacts to develop new business
  • Booking and attending client meetings with the idea of closing the deal
  • This is a consultative sales role and the solution can we changed from client to client
  • Managing and growing your accounts
  • Being social with clients, meeting for lunch/drinks

The Candidate

  • 1-2 year's Experience of working within B2B sales, ideally selling a payroll solution, or selling to recruitment businesses will allow you to hit the ground running and start billing
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media tools, will help you with sourcing and contacting potential clients
  • The ability to be able to prioritise and meet deadlines will help you work smoothly within the team and hit your targets
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbally, will enable you to articulate yourself when dealing with c-level executives and other internal and external stakeholders
