Our client is an award-winning leading UK communications provider, specialising in all aspects of Business Communications to SME, Mid-Market and Enterprise clients in the private and public sector.

They offer cost-effective solutions across a wide range of products, such as Phone Systems, Mobiles, IT Services, Broadband, Leased Lines, Media, Print, Security and Energy.

They are an organisation that can take care of all business solutions from a technology perspective. To help businesses be better connected. In 2011 they made the decision to move to new premises, re-brand and launch 3 new divisions; IT Services, Network Services and Digital Media. In just 3 years they had taken on 80 new staff. In 2017, they grew even larger to over 300 staff and had created 2 new divisions for Print and Security. This ultimately means that they are growing at an exciting rate, they are looking to build their sales team to maintain this consistency and in turn enlarge what is already a successful team.

They have created a model whereby they pay people the way they want to be paid in the first place and they don’t lose staff due to a young and close-knit office culture. Their goal for the future is to triple in size over the next 5 years.

The Role:

The objective of the role will be to book and generate good quality leads and appointments for the divisions within the company. A lot of this will sit with telephone systems and data.

This role is to generate appointments with prospects and where applicable sell products over the phone.

You will identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force; maintain your database of prospects, keeping the data up to date and relevant; develop your pitch to encourage new business acquisition; proactively follow up leads you generate to ensure the highest possible conversion rate, and proactively follow up on appointments you generate to ensure appointments are converting effectively.


You will be part of a brand new sales team. All graduates will get product training and You will get trained by the different divisions.

You will learn about Horizon, Telephony and 3G and mobile.

You will l earn about the more complex products over a time.
