In 2004 Focus Group stepped out into what was already a saturated market, selling a solution that many claimed was already on its way out – 12 years later they have over 300 staff and a business with annual revenue exceeding £40m. They are recognised as a fair and transparent company, and look after 10,000 satisfied businesses, achieved via consistency in Business Development and Account Management as well as a commitment to service review and continuous improvement.
They are currently on the search for motivated & ambitious Business Development Executives to help them identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force. You will be expected maintain your database of prospects by keeping the data up to date and relevant. You will learn how to develop your pitch to encourage new business acquisitions, by doing this through proactively following up onleads you generate to ensure the highest possible conversion rate. The objective of the role will be to book and generate good quality leads and appointments for the divisions within the company. A lot of this will sit within the telephone systems and data departments.
