The Brief


You need to be a sales superstar!


1) Great attitude: trustworthy, the "poet and the peasant", Jedi relationship builder, ambitious and competitive. You can see the positive side of everything and incredibly driven to ensure things are completed to the highest standard, coupled with a great sense of humour! You need to be:


PASSIONATE - about the brand and product, willing to understand and appreciate Moose morals and what we are driving towards


ENTREPRENEURIAL - self starters, the opportunists.


RESILIENT - will take knock backs and use them to energise themselves to go bigger and better. The "I will prove them wrong attitude"


2) Great judgment: You can make the right decisions, know the difference between bad and great and able to call it when stuff isn't good enough. You can spot big opportunities and act apron them within a budget. Someone who can look at stuff critically and knows when to fight for what they feel strongly about - but with skill and knowledge to back it up. People that collect and use data to make smart decisions and have a great gut for those decisions that can't be made using data.
