The Role


Lead the B2B sales and account origination efforts with the UK's (there will also be scope to expand into new B2B client categories)


Grow sales and monetize existing B2B accounts, directly and in partnership with our distributors. Inform and execute our sales and marketing strategy


Manage new and existing client relationships, offering ongoing support, making regular site visits and dealing with complaints and general queries


Seek to forge new relationships with promotional and strategic partners and represent us at events and tastings


London is our focus market and the role will primarily be London based - targeting the off-trade


About You


Strong business and commercial acumen


Proactive, reliable self-starter (we will always provide guidance and support where needed but do not micromanage)


Resilient with high levels of energy and drive (working for a start-up can be hard but also hugely rewarding for those up for the challenge)
