Based in St James' Park with members of staff based in London, Switzerland and Singapore they provide the latest industry news and content to subscribers across the financial services and wealth management industry.
This is a permanent graduate job with a starting salary of £18-22k.
How can you expect to spend your day?
Out client is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to help run their online subscriptions, daily and weekly online news services, and assist with promoting the annual company directory. All the company's products and services are in the exciting growth sector of Wealth Management!
The successful candidate will grow to take responsibility for renewals and both new and repeat sales of subscriptions. This will largely involve emailing and telephoning existing subscribers to see if they wish to renew their subscription, but will also involve canvassing companies for new subscriptions and copy sales. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this individual will work closely with both the editorial team and external resources servicing the company.
Day-to-day tasks will include learning about the following.
Renewing and generating new subscriptions
Understanding the processes for renewal and helping to generate new business
Managing the existing client base to help with retention and increased revenues
Being client-facing when required
Establishing and gaining a knowledge of the wealth management sector

Interested in the financial sector and ready to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the wealth management industry

Experience working in customer service
Any experience or knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM model would be a bonus
