Salary: £25k base salary + 15k OTE in year 1

Role Title: Business Development - FinTech

The Role

Your role will include:

Finding new client businesses - researching businesses in great depth to determine and understand whether and how they might be benefitted by becoming a client of the business.

Social media and event networking to gather interest and attract new clients.

Communicating findings and feedback to the team to aid further development.

Role Requirements

The candidate requirements outline a recent graduate (2014-18) with impeccable professional communication skills, strong target- and money-based motivation and abundant resilience.

The successful candidate will show:

Recent Graduate (2014-2018).

Confidence in their ability to build rapport with people at all levels.

Interest in technology sector a plus.

Any evidencing of working towards targets in the past in whatever setting, whether professionally, academically or in a sporting-type atmosphere etc.

Exceptional drive to succeed.

An exceedingly competitive nature.

Abundant resilience.

Refined professional communication skills.
