Business Change Consultant
4 Month Temporary Contract – self-employed status – immediate start working as a junior consultant monitoring the projects roll out program and progress assisting in the facilitation of training sessions and client workshops.
The role is a client facing people / team program management position working with our MD [Linda] managing the role-out of a Business Financial / Cost Program with a UK major Transport infrastructure company. Your role will be to work with, support, be mentored and learn from our MD in the delivery of this commission
What we are looking for
- 2:2 minimum
- Must be resident in London area, strictly UK residents, no international applications
- Self-starter, flexible worker, dedicated and independent individual, proactive, enthusiastic lateral observer / thinker, able to work at pace and be a real team player.
- An advantage but not essential is some experience of operational delivery which will be from working in teams or organisations to manage / facilitate work programs, embedding business process and collaborative behavioural relationships.

Please note financial or engineering experience or your degree subject / qualification is not a pre-requisite, our priority is a strong communicator, organised people person with a logical approach to program management.

Hybrid Working - You will work in a combination of Client offices [occasionally] across the UK, our Head Office in Uxbridge Middlesex and you must be able to work remotely [from home], it is therefore imperative you are based in west London or central London with access to the rail / tube network, commuting from further afield is not sustainable, and relocation is not an option.
