The Role

We are looking to recruit an ambitious and driven individual who has a deep understanding of business analysis, data management and analytics.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will take responsibility for managing our data across sales strategy and marketing as well as help the team translate data into information for business decisions.

As part of this role, you will closely interact with senior members of our management and leadership team.

In this role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


  • Analyse customer and market data, and make recommendations for the sales strategy team
  • Track and regularly report on key performance metrics for the marketing team as well as support management with internal forecasting efforts
  • Work with different stakeholders across product, sales and finance to review pricing data and draw appropriate conclusions
  • Run predictive analytics on business trends to help drive key decisions
  • Design reports and dashboards for the sales strategy and marketing team

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a mix of the following skills and experience:


  • A bachelor's degree preferably in business or related field or an MBA
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in business analysis
  • Confident with navigating Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI. Ability to write SQL queries is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as SalesForce.
  • Experience in defining problems, collecting data, analysing data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions
  • Exceptional analytical, critical, contextual and conceptual thinking skills
  • Leadership qualities, positive energy, and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
