Business Administrator
The key purpose and primary responsibility of this role will be to support a growing, high-performance organisation in its journey by supporting operations across the UK and Europe from our Head Office in London.
To work closely with the Finance and Administration Director, and in partnership with the business, to support and collaborate across all areas of the business and its administration with a focus on Finance.
To organise and support day to day activities, travel, and related project work.
Reporting to: Finance and Administration Director
Role responsibilities, experience, and knowledge
General administration
- Act as the central and first point of contact on site at Head office for administrative enquires, supporting the Prevail team
- Organising room meetings including room preparation, and event management
- Administration of and coordinating travel arrangements for employees within the UK and overseas
- Drafting and reviewing documents for the Exec team
- Liaise with Office Management staff regarding provision of office space and management of services
- Project administration
- Support project work on an ad hoc basis with document production
- Support Exec team in the delivery of key projects from a research and administrative perspective
Finance administration
- Sales and purchase ledger support with suppliers and clients
- Expenses preparation
Requirements
- Your Background: For the Business Administration position, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Graduate, Business Studies specialising in Accountancy
- Some office experience ideally
- Recently started or keen to undertake a professional development accountancy pathway
- Proactive and able to prioritise to meet the needs of the organisation
- Able to work analytically with an evidence-based approach and pragmatic application
- Structured approach and flexible to meeting changing priorities
- Attention to detail and delivery focused
- Microsoft office and teams
