There are two key areas within Sales: Account Management and Business Operations.

Account Management is at the heart of great customer relationships. We offer a wide range of roles, tailored to different types of customer and market segments. Some roles are about growing our relationship with existing customers. Others focus on nurturing new opportunities. As well as forging strong relationships with customers, you'll make valuable connections with colleagues across BT, in areas such as Marketing and Customer Service.

Business Operations is a crucial aspect of Sales. It's where we work on driving up the profitability of our business - while ensuring we never compromise on quality and reliability. In a competitive market like ours, it's vital to work in agile ways, and to provide accurate and intelligent forecasts and analysis. In Business Operations, you'll really hone your commercial skills.
