Bridgewater Finance Group are one of the UK’s most well established financial solutions providers. Established 14 years ago, we provide ethical and customer focused financial management plans. We are fully FCA licensed, and we are looking to add to our expanding team.

This opportunity doesn’t involve any cold calling, you will be working with clients who have enquired to have support with financial difficulty. This role will involve fact finding and you will be ethical and customer-centric in everything you do. You will be in an excellent working environment and team culture, with your working week being only 4.5 days and no weekends. You will earn cash weekly bonus on average of £100 and monthly bonus on average of £1000 per month (on top of your basic monthly salary)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Speaking with people who have made applications to the business, gathering relevant information and present Bridgewater Finance Group’s financial solutions to the customer.
  • Inform and educate customers on available financial services
  • Performance/Knowledge/Competencies
  • Experience of working in a fast paced office environment
  • Excellent telephone skills and a friendly attitude
  • Good administrative skills
  • Flexibility in terms of hours of work
  • Empathic.
