What will you discover in an Audit career with us?
You've got an eye for detail, you're a team-player, and you're fascinated with banking and financial services. You're also looking for a graduate job that will give you broad exposure to different business areas, while enabling you to specialise in one. You could be the perfect fit for the Lloyds Banking Group Audit Graduate Leadership Programme.

With over 30 million customers and a relationship with almost every household and community in the UK, Lloyds Banking Group makes a difference in the lives of millions of people. We strive to be the best bank for customers, and our Audit teams help us achieve this by delving into our practices, uncovering and managing risks, and advising us on ways we can improve our performance.

What you'll do
On this three-year, rotational programme, you'll experience four placements across multiple UK cities. You'll work with a group of diverse individuals in our Functional Audit and Risk Specialist Audit teams. This could be in one of our customer-facing business areas such as Retail Banking or in our specialist areas like IT and Finance. You'll also have the unique opportunity to gain insight into multiple business areas and learn how the Group functions as a whole.

Your development
We'll encourage you to embrace your passions and discover more about the areas you're interested in throughout the programme. To help you achieve your goals, you'll take part in intensive development opportunities, including mentoring, masterclasses, volunteering, innovation jams, and practical on-the-job learning. You'll also be supported to study for the fully funded, ACCA accountancy qualification. And, by the time you complete the programme, you'll be equipped to build a career that genuinely matters to you.

Entry requirements
We accept a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline from any university and we embrace a diversity of individuals - from rock-climbers to film-buffs and party planners - because whatever shapes you, will shape our future too. And, you'll be joining an organisation that offers flexible working and a huge range of benefits, so you can build a reward package that best suits you - including private medical benefits and discounted financial products.
