Could you help us find the right people for a wide range of local government clients? As an Associate Consultant, working with our Lead Consultants, that will be your challenge. It’s a chance to make the most of our network and your own contact list to source the best interim managers for public sector organisations. You’ll then build professional relationships with candidates to ensure they get a great experience. There’ll also be the chance to explore new business leads, support Marketing and develop our candidate networks. With the opportunity to find talent for some of the biggest opportunities around, this is a brilliant way to build your skills and knowledge.
Ideally, you’ll bring some experience in the recruitment industry. However, it’s organisation and motivation that will be key to your success. We’re looking for a positive thinker who spots opportunities and follows processes; an excellent communicator, who’s IT-literate, good with people and at home in a fast-paced setting. With this skillset you’ll have the credibility to gain the trust of senior contacts and work unsupervised. A degree (or equivalent) would be an advantage but it’s more important that you’re a Penna person: accountable, supportive, collaborative and inspiring.
