OnePLM is a fast growing, successful and exciting company that has double in size in recent years. They're now looking for STEM educated graduates to embark on their Academy before qualifying as an Associate Consultant.

This is a significant and exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a great reputation in its field. Successful graduates from previous OnePLM Academies are now working on projects with blue-chip companies including Rolls-Royce, Dyson and McLaren to name but a few.

  • Week 1 of the Academy mainly consists of gaining an understanding of the Industry, OnePLM's business offering and a familiarisation on the foundation capabilities of Siemens Digital Industry Software' world leading design and manufacturing technologies.
  • Weeks 2-5 will combine classroom and 'on the job' training, shadowing a technical specialist on their day-to-day duties, whilst also supporting post-sales in the process
  • Weeks 6-8 will see you deployed into the Technical Services departments where you will learn on a variety of projects, research and live support requests. You will apply lessons you've learnt to configure, deploy and use the software as well as training in soft skills that will be essential for working directly with clients

At the end of the two-month Academy you will be expected to graduate as a suitably qualified Associate Consultant for OnePLM. You will be able to specialise and focus on areas you feel passionate about and perform client work on short, medium, or long-term projects. As your experience develops you will be able to progress through the various consultancy stages as technical experts, to leading Digital Twin customer projects as Principal Consultants or diversify into other areas of the business.


  • Qualified to a minimum 2:1 degree in the field of Engineering, System Engineering, Physics or Computer Science
  • Full UK driving license
  • Previous CAD and/or computer programming experience would be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel domestically
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
