Relationship assistance: support Client Relationship Manager and Managing Director - Client to engage new clients and proactively retain existing clients
Broking: Working with the Managing Director - Market send broking submissions to agreed Sureties to secure terms to meet clients' demands and needs
Monitoring: optimise Clients' capacity, rating, and security requirements to meet their needs
Achieve financial targets: support Main Board through line management in delivering/exceeding monthly and annual revenue budget
Engagement: proactive with all Departments of the business
Utilise technology: maximise new enquiry volume/conversion and expedite progression of applications
Group functions: In addition to day to day trading role, undertake additional "central" activities under supervision


Technical Knowledge:
Essential Skills:
Basic understanding of Company Structure, including Associated and Affiliated Companies.
Basic understanding of Statutory Financial Accounts.
Basic understanding of Management Accounts, including inter alia Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
Desirable Skills:
Basic understanding of Security Documentation, including inter alia Counter Indemnities, Personal Guarantees, Deeds of Cash Collateral
