The Company
Founded in 2013, my client are a growth strategy consultancy with their HQ in central London and another
office in New York. They specialize in advising organizations on how to increase growth through big change
and evolution. Their methods are designed to meet the demands of growing a business in today's uniquely
challenging circumstances. Their team is made up of people from consulting, corporate, startup and agency
backgrounds - this eclectic mix allows for them to understand businesses from all stand points.
"You're only as good as the company you keep" - their client base shows the quality of their work and the
effectiveness of their projects; prestigious clients such as Disney and News Corp have worked with them and
have led to them having a name for doing things well.

The Role
The role is a 3-month internship with the view to go permanent following this. The team are growing and are
looking to bring on fresh talent who can add value to the projects. This is a unique opportunity as you will be
put on a project from day one and get hands on experience from the get go. You will be:
- Researching and Delivering insights that are used in project outputs
- Contributing your own thoughts, opinions and ideas
- Gaining an understanding of what growth consultancy is and how my client approaches problems
- Supporting the wider team with any tasks where they need help such as preparing slides, workshop

The Candidate
We are looking for graduates who want to hit the ground running and have the grit to go the extra mile. You
need to have an eagerness and willing to learn and be coached. There are several prerequisites required to be
considered for this role. These are:
- 2:1 or above from a top 10 UK university
- Up to 9 months previous work experience (ideally in consulting, strategy and / or marketing roles,
however other types of work experience will be considered)
-Strong communicator, both verbally and written-
-Evidence of a strong academic background
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
