This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to join an extremely exciting start-up founded by two Oxford graduates who are about to take the digital advertising space by storm. The business are pioneers in mobile advertising technology and work with brands to get more customers either downloading their apps or interacting with the app content on a more regular basis. You'll be working in a truly entrepreneurial environment and given responsibility, support and huge amounts of exposure from Day One.

The role is largely analytical - hence the job title! - as you will be analysing data to improve the performance of clients' digital marketing campaigns however it is also extremely client-facing because you will be working closely with clients on campaign improvement strategy and also discussing ways to maintain and grow revenue streams. You will be working with the most cutting-edge of technologies - both the in-house bespoke tech platforms and well-known industry tech that allows programmatic advertising to be delivered and optimised. Digital advertising is an exploding industry at the moment so this is an incredible chance to get into a young company and really make your mark - you could be managing your own team within a year!

Above all you will be really comfortable working within Excel analysing data but also really enjoy presenting your reports to clients and problem-solving on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have a numbers-based degree.
