This is an entry level graduate job paying £18,000.


How can you expect to spend the day?
You will join the company as a Junior Ad operations Executive and be responsible for reporting the performance of client ad campaigns, using data to provide insights to both the internal teams and external clients. This is an excellent introduction to the digital media and advertising sectors and a great company to work for, well known within the industry.


Tasks you can expect to be trained in and responsible for include:
• Perform trend analysis and campaign inventory forecasting across eBay's site.
• Generate reports for clients, showing the sold bookings for media space.
• Analyse data to provide insights for clients in relation to the delivery and performance of their campaign alongside identifying opportunities to increase ad spend.
• Work with both the Ad Operations and Account Executive Teams to update tracking on live campaigns for the internal management team.
• Assist the Account Executive team with producing internal reports for the eBay team in relation to the campaigns running on their site.
• Using the tools you've been trained in, pull together and produce post-campaign analysis reports whilst developing best practise guidelines on these.
• Escalate technical issues to other members of the Ad Operations team as required.


What are the ideal candidate skills, education and experience?


• Educated to degree level.
• A keen interest to work in the online advertising industry.
• Comfortable using MS Office programmes, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analysis skills and a good level of numeracy.
• A friendly and concise communicator.
• Strong attention to detail and able to spot the missing data quickly.
• Prior experience of working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems would be a bonus.
• Any prior experience or internships working in the digital advertising sector would be a bonus.
