How you can expect to spend your day:

Our client is looking for an administrator to support the work of the PLuM programme within their Food Business. The PLuM programme introduces new Product Lifecycle Management software and into our client and its supplier base and involves circa 1500 users who need to be trained and set-up on the system.

PLuM Query Support

- First point of contact for PLuM queries from internal and supplier users
- Manage the PLuM Mailbox and respond to the PLuM calls
- Escalate queries
- Support resolution of queries and issues with PluM FAQs
- Log & Analyse queries on excel spreadsheet
- Pull reporting on trends

PLuM User Access Support

- Manage user access - creation/activation/deactivation
- Manage spreadsheets which compile this user access data and ensure accuracy/manage changes to the data over time

PLuM System Data entry

- Manage glossaries and LOVs
- Updating PLuM system fields with data provided by the PLuM team

User License tracking/invoicing
- The software is licensed by user and suppliers are paying for their licenses so tracking of license type and quantities is required - again using excel

The ideal intern's personality and qualifications:

- Strong excel skills (intermediate level) and absolute confidence in maintaining accurate information. Able to provide evidence
- Excellent listening and communication skills in dealing with suppliers in gathering the information and able to provide summary information to programme team. (e.g. 100 users invite to training, 87 accepted, 6 non-responses etc.)
- Communication predominantly through email and phone
- Multi-tasking ability
- Attention to Detail
